We recently moved into a new home and were looking for a reliable contractor to help remodel two washrooms original to the house. With ongoing COVID restrictions, we prioritized hiring someone that would not only deliver what we were looking for, but also do it in a safe manner and source all needed finishes and materials.
Raul from Patasan Homes exceeded all expectations. He listened to every last detail and made sure my vision was brought to life. He was adaptable and provided honest feedback. We decided to change the scale of the renovation mid-way through the project and he quickly pivoted to ensure we were able to get the outcome we were hoping for.

My wife and I chose Patasan Homes to help us renovate 2 unfinished bathrooms that a previous contractor had started and left unfinished.
We are thrilled and very satisfied with the work done by Raul Patasan and his team. The went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations. Raul is honest, trustworthy, punctual, genuine, transparent, kind, and reliable.

Main Floor Renovation

Rauls crew did a wonderful job with our main floor renovation. We took down 4 walls and made our main floor open concept. From the first appointment, Raul was very detailed and patient in explaining the process. He was able to quickly bring in an engineer to see what was required for structural supports when removing the walls. His crew was very polite and respectful while working.
Each step of the way, Ricky and Dillon explained things in detail as the work progressed. They understood that I am a visual person, so often they would lay out material or draw things down so I can have an understanding of how it would look.
They were quick to adapt and make changes to reach our satisfaction. I really loved that Raul responded to my messages via text or call quickly. He was very involved in the entire process and supportive of my many questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Raul!

Stellar communication, detailed workmanship, flexibility & always willing to work with our ideas. His crew continuously worked & finished the reno project over & above what was promised.
